PPA Buddy AI Feedback Hub - PPA Buddy

Welcome to Your AI Feedback Hub

You’ve unlocked the PPA Buddy AI Feedback Hub — your central workspace for faster, smarter, and fully compliant feedback.

This Notion template combines everything I use to turn quick lesson notes into meaningful student feedback in minutes, not hours. And saved in one place, so I never waste hours looking for my notes.

It’s built for teachers who want to work brilliantly — not endlessly.

What’s Inside

Editable Feedback Spreadsheet – jot quick, anonymised observations for each student

Pre-loaded AI Prompt Template – generate warm, student-ready comments in seconds

Organised Workspace – store, edit, and track feedback securely in one place

Built-in Guidance – DfE-aligned workflow so you stay GDPR-safe every time

How to Use It

  1. Sign up to Elevate
  2. Click “Duplicate” at the top-right corner of the Notion window to copy the workspace into your own account.

  3. Open your version and start adding anonymised student notes in the Student Feedback Notes table.

  4. Copy those notes into the AI Feedback Generator and run the pre-loaded prompt in your AI tool (with chat history turned off).

  5. Paste the generated feedback back into your table, review, and personalise before sharing with students.

  6. Use the Next Step Tag column to track progress and common targets across your class.

Good to Know

This toolkit follows DfE (2024) and UK GDPR principles:

  • No names or identifiers

  • Chat history/memory disabled

  • Anonymous text only

  • You retain full professional judgement

Why It’s Part of Elevate

The Explore tier gives you the “why” and the frameworks — but Elevate gives you the systems.

This template is your Done For You shortcut: everything pre-built, branded, and organised so you can spend less time setting up and more time teaching, resting, or living.
